RECORD A VIDEO, TELL YOUR STORY

When a young person needs an abortion, who should they talk to about their health care? You tell us.

In Massachusetts, outdated state law requires that anyone under 18 get permission from their parents or plead their case before a judge just to get a safe, legal abortion. Anyone under 18 can make every decision for themselves about pregnancy and parenting - but not about abortion. The ROE Act would ensure that young people can talk to doctors, not judges, about their health care.

If it were up to you, who should young people get to talk to about their reproductive health care - a judge, or a health care provider? Where should young people go to get support in their reproductive decisions - a judge's chambers, or a doctor's office?
